Add Tate's TV to Your Device

Tate's TV can run like an app on supported phones, tablets, desktops, and browsers. Different devices install web apps in different ways, so use the instructions below for your device.

Browser Mode DetectedOpen your browser menu and look for Install, Add to Home screen, Bookmark, or Fullscreen.

iPhone / iPad

Safari Install

  1. Open Safari on the iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to tatestv.ca.
  3. Tap the Share button.
  4. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  5. Turn on Open as Web App if shown.
  6. Tap Add.
Android

Chrome / Samsung Internet

  1. Open Tate's TV in Chrome or Samsung Internet.
  2. Use the automatic Install prompt if it appears.
  3. Otherwise open the browser menu.
  4. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  5. Confirm installation.
Desktop

Chrome / Edge

  1. Open Tate's TV on desktop.
  2. Look for the install icon in the address bar.
  3. Or open the browser menu.
  4. Choose Install Tate's TV.
  5. Launch it from the Start Menu, Dock, or desktop.
Safari / Firefox / TV

Bookmark / Fullscreen

  1. Open tatestv.ca in the browser.
  2. Bookmark the page or add it to favorites.
  3. Use fullscreen mode when available.
  4. On Smart TVs, keep Tate's TV saved in the browser.
